This is the one thing that we all need for this: SELF LOVE and SELF CARE! Back when I started working out at the gym in the beginning of my fitness journey, I would not look at myself in the mirror. I wasn't happy or confident with who I was. It took me months to gain confidence in myself to embrace my total being. Samahe Sabir, a women's empowerment coach of Smile & Slay, and I discuss how loving yourself can help gain confidence through strong values. Samahe talks about the one big thing that will help us in the journey to gain SELF LOVE. I didn't think that I would have associated this practice to gain self love, but it totally makes sense! She talks about certain exercises that will help us push through self doubt and I challenge all of us to do this activity.
